Shipping & Delivery Information

At CrazyRC, we offer two types of shipping based on product availability:

🚀 Fast Delivery (In-Stock Items)

Products tagged as In-Stock are shipped within 48 hours from our Indian warehouse.

  • Metro Cities: Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities & Towns: Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

🌍 Standard Delivery (Sourced Items)

For products not in stock locally, delivery may take 25-30 business days.

These items are specially sourced from our international manufacturing partners, pass through customs clearance, and are delivered directly to your doorstep — with no extra charges for import or duties.

We handle everything end-to-end so you can shop worry-free.

🧾 Important Notes

  • All orders come with free shipping across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary by upto 45-60 days due to courier availability or customs clearance delays.
  • You’ll receive regular updates and tracking once your order is in transit.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all orders, with no additional charges at checkout. All prices displayed include applicable taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s status.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Replacement Policy

We want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience with us. In rare cases where your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or return  subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect.
  • To be eligible, customers must provide a detailed unboxing video that clearly shows:

    The entire unboxing process in a single continuous video (no cuts or edits).
    The product damage or defect visible within the same video.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement, as this helps us verify authenticity and prevent misuse.

Return / Replacement Process

  1. Submit your return or replacement request along with the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Our team will review and verify the video and claim within 1–2 working days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll initiate a pickup of the product. The pickup agent usually takes 2–3 working days to collect it.
  4. After successful pickup and inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, usage, or modification after delivery are not covered under this policy.
  • Make sure to retain the original packaging until your request is fully processed.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at support@crazyrc.com or +91 94038 92391 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged with the original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: After receiving confirmation from our team, ship the item back to us. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving such items for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

Order Cancellation Policy
