Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 10-12 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Products will be delivered within 15 days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all orders, with no additional charges at checkout. All prices displayed include applicable taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s status.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • You can return most items within 7 days of receiving the order for a refund or replacement.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact to qualify for a return.
  • Please note that RC vehicles and electronics are eligible for returns only if they are defective upon delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at support@crazyrc.com or +91 955 324 9 321 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged with the original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: After receiving confirmation from our team, ship the item back to us. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving such items for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for specific details.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team at support@crazyrc.com or call +91 955 324 9 321.
