Built on input from both team drivers and everyday racers, the NB48 2.2 has already demonstrated its dominance by winning the 2024 ROAR 1/8th Scale Fuel Off-Road Nationals and earning podium positions in seven of the last ten major U.S. 1/8-scale events.
Owners of the NB48 2.1 who previously upgraded their vehicles can transition to the 2.2 configuration with minimal investment. New buyers benefit even more, receiving all the performance enhancements straight out of the box. Among the standout upgrades are the flex-tuned, split-design 7075 CNC-machined shock towers, which greatly improve traction and consistency, and the new 93.5mm rear universal drive shafts for increased stability and support. Together with several other refinements, these updates make the NB48 2.2 a top-tier performer on any track.
Additional improvements include precision-molded shock pistons and guides that reduce internal friction for smoother response over rough terrain, as well as revised ackermann spindle plates that provide predictable steering and stronger mid-corner support. Adjustable sway bar deadband bushings allow more initial suspension movement before engagement, enhancing bump absorption and overall consistency. Updated -2mm front and rear bulkheads, matched with revised LRC spindles and rear hubs, deliver a smoother and more balanced driving feel.
Tekno RC’s emphasis on durability continues with this version. Strengthened shock standoffs using M4 hardware, new inner hinge pin sleeves, and reinforced arm components ensure long-lasting performance. Returns & Replacement Policy
We want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience with us. In rare cases where your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or return — subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect.
- To be eligible, customers must provide a detailed unboxing video that clearly shows:
The entire unboxing process in a single continuous video (no cuts or edits).
The product damage or defect visible within the same video. - Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement, as this helps us verify authenticity and prevent misuse.
Return / Replacement Process
- Submit your return or replacement request along with the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will review and verify the video and claim within 1–2 working days.
- Once approved, we’ll initiate a pickup of the product. The pickup agent usually takes 2–3 working days to collect it.
- After successful pickup and inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to improper handling, usage, or modification after delivery are not covered under this policy.
- Make sure to retain the original packaging until your request is fully processed.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
